Ami Davis, real estate agent extraordinaire. I've known Ami personally for quite a few years and have always been crazy about her. When I asked Ami to help me find a house back in maybe late November, I had no idea (and I'm sure neither did she) that it would take me nine months to find just the right house. I'm not sure most agents would have persevered that long. I went through the Realtor®.com site and looked at the homes for sale, read descriptions and looked at pictures, and decided to go with Realty Austin. I went to your site and read the reviews under various REALTOR pictures and chose Ami. She was highly recommended by past clients. Initially, we contacted her to give us some advice on what to do with our well-lived house to get it ready to sell and the potential price (with or without updates). She sent her interior decorator, Jamie, to our house. They spent well over an hour; he was very detailed on colors, plumbing, and electric fixtures. All at no cost or pressure. Having purchased 2 other homes in the past, I was used to the normal real estate agent and client relationship. The agent pushes for a quick sale, for the largest dollar value to get their commission. Most of the time ignoring my wants to try and force a less-than-perfect home on me. That was not my experience with Ami. From the first time we talked with Ami over zoom, Ami was really engaging and genuinely wanted to know about our family. Ami Davis was our REALTOR, and I cannot recommend her enough. She was totally prepared every time we went to look at homes with the datasheets, not to mention her wealth of knowledge on what to look for when buying a home. She looked at things I would not have thought of looking at, which helped us weed through houses that were not going to be a fit. She was very flexible with my schedule for tours and was almost always available to take my calls and answer texts. I simply cannot overstate how fortunate we feel to have had Ami as our agent on the ground through this process. At every turn, she went way above and beyond what we would have expected and completely exceeded expectations. We did all of this from outside of the country, an experience that would have been far more stressful if not for Ami running around for us, coaching us, figuring things out, and just giving us great insight along the way. We would not hesitate for a second in recommending Ami to others. She's the best!

Ami has been an exceptional experience. She has truly guided and mentored us along the way in purchasing our first investment property and we feel like we are in such good hands. Her down-to-earth nature and sense of humor is so appreciated and I feel like I am working with family.
